So I must say, writing to authors has been more successful than I expected with responses from both my high pedestal authors. It's comforting to remember that authors still appreciate their readers and will take the time out to show them, whether its a simple one lined response, or a paragraph of gratitude.

I look forward to contacting more authors in the future, and whether they respond back or not at least they have read my sincere appreciation and admiration of their work. I hope one day I can know what it's like to receive fan mail. One can dream, right? :)
